We are currently looking for casual Operational Assistant for our Inventory Department at our state of the art production facility in Altona North to help us grow Marley Spoon.
Your role
Working in the Inventory department, your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Entering data, updating and maintaining the data in NAV;
- Picking and packing
- Recording Purchase Orders into NAV, and ensuring the relevant paperwork is organised and archived accordingly;
- Assisting in stock takes / stock counting as and when necessary;
- Other miscellaneous duties as required.
Requirements
- Able to work Mondays to Fridays on an ongoing basis;
- Strong computer skills in Google Sheets (Excel) and Google Docs (Word);
- Time management skills and strong attention to detail are crucial;
- Able to work and communicate well with others in a fast-paced environment; team player who is able to work without constant supervision;
- ERP / NAV experience well-regarded but not a mandatory must-have; training will be provided on the systems;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Proactive and having a problem-solving mindset'
- Forklift licence is a plus; but training could be provided to acquire one.
