Our 4 dealerships located in North Brisbane are high performing sites which have shown impressive growth. We are currently seeking a Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician to joint our Morayfield dealership.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Efficiently Service and Repair of Motor vehicles with a FRFT focus.
- Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs information using in-house database systems, whilst following Manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance and training to apprentices and other service technicians
- Attend Manufacturer and or in-house training
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all mechanical issues and changes relating to dealer product range
- Maintaining a safe working environment through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialized equipment
- Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to the delivery or return of vehicles to customers
- Providing high level customer service to the dealerships customers
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
- Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Current C class manual drivers license
- Current RWC license would be advantageous, or willing to obtain
- Current A/c License would be advantageous, or willing to obtain
- Customer Service focused
- Understanding of Service Schedules and procedures applicable to our brand partners
- Dealership experience preferred
- Reading, writing and Computer Literacy is a must.
- Understanding of Diagnostic Procedures
- Clear and precise communication both Internally within our business and externally to our brand partners and customers.
