Our 4 dealerships located in North Brisbane are high performing sites which have shown impressive growth. We are currently seeking a Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician to joint our Morayfield dealership.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Efficiently Service and Repair of Motor vehicles with a FRFT focus.
• Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs information using in-house database systems, whilst following Manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Providing guidance and training to apprentices and other service technicians
• Attend Manufacturer and or in-house training
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all mechanical issues and changes relating to dealer product range
• Maintaining a safe working environment through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialized equipment
• Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to the delivery or return of vehicles to customers
• Providing high level customer service to the dealerships customers

Qualifications, Skills and experience required

• Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
• Current C class manual drivers license
• Current RWC license would be advantageous, or willing to obtain
• Current A/c License would be advantageous, or willing to obtain
• Customer Service focused
• Understanding of Service Schedules and procedures applicable to our brand partners
• Dealership experience preferred
• Reading, writing and Computer Literacy is a must.
• Understanding of Diagnostic Procedures
• Clear and precise communication both Internally within our business and externally to our brand partners and customers.
• Fix it right first time focus
