Are you someone who LOVES being on the phone and are an experience salesperson who thrives on results? Look no further as this is the role for you!

An additional amp; exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated individual to join Place New Farm in a high performing team where you will be working for an agent who has over 15 years’ industry experience. You will play a crucial part in growing the team’s listings amp; gaining new amp; future clients. Not only that however you will need to be a team player amp; know what great customer service is!

Although your main lead generation activity will be conducted via the phone, you will also be attending Saturday Open Homes growing the database to generate future leads.

This is a performance-based role where your earnings on top of a base wage are a clear result of your prospecting activity!

Responsibilities

• Open homes
• Cold Calling
• Door knocking
• Database management
• Leveraging your agent’s database (existing clients, cold amp; warm sellers etc.)
• Prospecting amp; Prospecting administration work

Requirements

• Minimum of 12-18months prior experience working with a sales and target driven environment;
• Proven track record of lead conversations from your prospecting

• Have obtained a Real Estate Sales Certificate;

• Current QLD Drivers licence and suitable vehicle

• Industry experience is advantageous

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Be a team player and willing to grow within the team
