You will be a Co-Agent within this team, where not only will you be doing sales with your Lead Agent, however, also list your own properties.
Responsibilities
- Actively source and secure new residential listings for Place
- To strategies, project manage and negotiate the sale process
- To oversee the sales process by regularly meeting with the vendor and buyer specialist
- Mange and nurture the database
- Warm prospecting calls
Requirements
- At least 12 months experience in the Real Estate Industry as an Associate or Co-Agent
- Current QLD Sales Registration amp; Drivers License
- Drivers License
- Strong communication amp; negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Be a team player and always striving for the best results
