MATERNITY LEAVE - 7 MONTH CONTRACT
We are looking to hire an Account Executive for our VIP Care Team on a 7 month maternity leave contract to look after day-to-day management of VIP Accounts, based in Melbourne. The Job:
As a VIP Account Executive, you will look after the company’s VIP clients, building personal relationships and creating a personalised experience for them. You will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Develop relationships and build rapport with our client to deliver a service level that aims to exceed expectation
- Coordinate and monitor top tier clients deliveries from order placed through to delivery.
- Follow up with clients with any feedback on the files they upload.
- Liaise with third party and local teams to action local approval, cinema dispatch and captioning work orders as per client requests and follow through to delivery.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot project/workflow issues and communicate back to the client and escalate where necessary
- Sign up inbound sales leads with an account

Requirements
The Fit:
- Proven telephone customer service experience
- Existing experience in or the ability to quickly acquire understanding of the advertising industry
- Client centric approach to work with the ability to understand and facilitate clients’ needs
- Professional communication skills, including the ability to engage and build conversations over the phone and via email
- Positive, can-do attitude, problem solver, inspiring and energetic
- A quick learner who enjoys overcoming challenges, resolving issues or escalating as needed
