As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the growth and development of 3 Foundr’s best-selling online courses. You’ll be fully accountable for the revenue target amp; have control over the direction of the products.
This position involves three things:
- Have a deep understanding of customers’ needs and are constantly in tune with market changes to deliver the best solution that solves our customers’ problems.
- You’ll be the key stakeholder responsible for products that you will launch amp; manage (Off launches, seasonal campaigns, or always-on/evergreen campaigns) through different channels (email, Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Constantly be in touch with the latest amp; most innovative funnel building and conversion lifting strategy to ultimately drive revenue growth.

Roles amp; Responsibilities
- Manage and grow 2-3 online courses. You will be accountable for the revenue targets amp; maintaining the good health metrics of your portfolio.
- Develop positioning, narrative, and messaging strategies that drive revenue. For new products, develop the launch strategy and orchestrate the cross-functional execution plan to achieve business goals.
- Improve our sales conversion rate by interpreting the right data (from different platforms like Google Analytics, Keap, Maropost, Hyros, etc.), develop hypotheses, and structure the innovation roadmaps accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the media buying team to develop processes that produce high converting creatives at scale and generate positive ROAS on different channels such as Facebook, Youtube, and Google.
- Use market and customer insights to identify new market opportunities, inform the product roadmap, validate product concepts, segment audiences, and shape the launch strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to enrich engagement, exercise synergies across marketing outputs, and unlock potential revenue opportunities.
- Systemize the end-to-end sales funnel process from lead generation, closing, upselling, cross-selling, etc. Build-out product marketing skills, capabilities, and best practices across our fast-growing team so we can scale to stay ahead of business needs.
Requirements
Qualifications, skills, and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Arts.
- 7 - 10 years of direct response marketing and project management experience.
- Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets above company expectations.
- Results and detail orientated with a very hands-on approach.
- Data-led amp; insights-driven.
- Proficient in email marketing, google analytics, A/B Testing, social platforms like Facebook, Google, etc.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving/decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate and manage time in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management.
Bonus Skills:
- Prior experience working at a fast-paced startup focused on increasing revenue.
- Prior experience selling online courses.
