We're on the lookout for a sharp, detail-oriented technician, capable of putting our products through their paces to find defects, confirm behaviour, and help strengthen platform reliability. This requires strong communication skills to coordinate directly with PMs, BA's, Designers and Devs, to help scrutinise requirements, harmonise them, and ultimately guide our platform into being the best it can be. This role also provides excellent opportunities for advancing your coding skills through automation, by learning alongside our talented team of engineers and developers.
- Liaise with key members across teams and disciplines to perform test scoping and execution in preparation for new applications, feature enhancements, and bug fixes
- Conduct regression testing, exploratory testing and user acceptance testing within our platform
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases and supportive documentation that will drive both manual and automated testing
- Provide analyses and constructive feedback on new platform changes and requirements
- Process test results to identify and report on performance and test coverage
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA testing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in test design, implementation and execution
- A meticulous and detailed-oriented mindset, that thrives on finding and debugging issues
- You enjoy discovering practical solutions to difficult problems, with a passion to continuously learn and develop
- You're reliable, you desire to collaborate with teammates, and you enjoy a sense of autonomy
- A thorough understanding of the challenges presented by testing complex, high-quality web and mobile applications
And it's great if you have:
- Familiarity with CI/CD and release management
- Experience with Jira or similar
- Familiarity with Chrome Dev-Tools
- Familiarity with TestRail or other test management systems
- Demonstrated experience in testing e-commerce platforms and payment terminal testing
- Have experience in C# and wish to evolve your programming skills
- A desire to engage with test automation using tools such as Cucumber, Selenium and NUnit
