We’ve grown a lot lately, so our Finance team are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst, with a key focus on supply chain challenges and in particular demand forecasting, inventory replenishment models, buying pattern analyses etc.
Your role:
- Develop analytical tools for business development and growth
- Review and identify gaps and provide solutions to improve processes
- Document and map processes and new strategies
- Develop innovative and creative dashboards to enable analysis of data
- Provide analysis from data and drive improvement models
- Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
- Support and be proactive within driving change across your areas
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an analyst role (Food and Just in Time operations background is a big plus)
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Information Management
- A deep understanding of business process design and documentation
- Experience in programming languages (Google Sheet Script, VBA Macro, Python and SQL, Power BI etc.) is advantageous
- Experience in project development with high level stakeholder management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset, loves identifying opportunities and getting things done
- Assertive, independent and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work with people virtually across time zones and geographies
- Ability to see the bigger picture while having a solid command of the day-to-day details, including being able to anticipate risk
