You'll join a team of 2 consultants who, with no prior corporate experience, have absolutely smashed their goals and are now taking the leap into sales!
Your manager values open communication, is practical, empathetic and very supportive. If you are energetic, focused, hardworking - but also love to have fun and a good laugh - these are your people!
So, what will your day to day involve? You'll answer inbound calls from Brighte's partners and assist with general queries, status updates and handle escalations or complaints.
Using your fantastic communication skills, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A keen learner, you will become the subject matter expert in Brighte's product and processes.
Brighte has a flexible working policy, so you can work from home and/or the office AND you don't have to miss that weekend away.. in fact, stay a little longer - work from anywhere up to 6 weeks annually!
If you do come into the office, treat yourself to the massage chair, stocked pantry and fridge (with things like jerky and 4 kinds of kombucha, even protein shakes!), an espresso machine to hype you up for a Thursday arvo ping pong match. If you're active and like to cycle in or go to the gym, you can lock up your bike and there are showers with towel service downstairs.
