Job Description

Full citizenship for all people living with mental health issues in Australian society

About the Role:

  • Full Time, Permanent position
  • CSD Level 2 from $67,330 - $72,196 per annum (pro rata) + super + salary packaging

The PSW will have a good understanding of the processes of psychological recovery and be confident to articulate this to consumers, service partners and other stakeholders. They will also be supported through professional development to gain a deeper understanding of recovery frameworks as well as core training relevant to their role, program and Neami’s model of service.

You will need

  • Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent
  • Lived experience of mental illness experience of recovery and willingness to communicate experience with clients of the CoS program
  • Experience of the public or private mental health system
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating groups, including the ability to prioritise different needs within a group
  • Previous experience in Mental Health

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence
  • Police check - disclosable outcomes considered
