Corin Australia is looking for a personable and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a leader in orthopaedic innovation, we are in the business of improving the quality of life of thousands of patients around the world by delivering personalised technologies that optimise our clinically proven joint replacements. This full-time, ongoing position is based out of our Sydney office located in Pymble on Sydney’s North Shore.
What you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with both our internal and external customers to manage customer queries, case information and bookings
- Processing and invoicing of customer orders
- Inventory control support and internal system up-keep ensuring that a high level of accuracy is displayed at all times
- Assisting with the administration and queries related to our OPSInsight platform, our preoperative planning application
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office
- General administration and you will at times be required to support other departments in the company.

You will also possess the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work well both in a team environment and autonomously, with minimal supervision
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A sound level of experience working within the Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook, Word and Excel, and will ideally have experience working within SAGE.
- Understanding of administrative and clerical processes including knowledge of invoice and electronic filing systems
- Ability to think outside of the box, challenge historically defined processes and put forward ideas for change and improvement
