We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our innovative and fast-growing PropTech company, propella.ai. The BlueRock team are supporting propella.ai to find an amazing new team member!
As a senior web developer, you will have the freedom and flexibility to work autonomously and work closely with the team to deliver web applications that will delight our customers and their users.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with senior management to problem-solve and contribute to solution architecture discussions
- Leading and mentoring junior team members on best coding practices
- Approving PR’s (code reviews) and owning the frontend tech stack
- Working closely with stakeholders to define requirements
- Troubleshooting issues in the existing system
- Identifying areas to improve and innovate within the current tech stack
- Collaborating with our UX Designer to develop and achieve the vision and interactivity of web applications
- Managing the software development and IT operations process to ensure releases from development to UAT to production run smoothly for customers
- Estimating the development work for new features to assist with the overall product roadmap
- Work closely with our crack teams of Data Scientists and Data Engineers, who are developing industry-leading insights for the property industry.

Requirements
We are looking for people who have:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment
- Experience working with Devops services
- Experience with frontend integration with REST API’s amp; Microservices
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
- Have a willingness to learn, develop, be innovative and people-focused
- Experience with Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, HTML + CSS, TailwindCSS
- Experience with React (preferred)
