About the role

The Missing Link is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney. You will be provided with ongoing support, training and development to be successful in the role. As an Inside Sales Representative you and your team, support the broader sales team (Account Managers and Business Development Managers) to service customers.

Primary duties are customer service, quoting and administration, licensing renewals, and generating new business meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • prepare IT quotes for customers on hardware, software, consulting services and managed services across a wide range of vendors, distributors and in-house solutions
  • respond to inbound leads
  • work closely with vendors and distributors
  • provide excellent customer service to our clients and broader sales team
  • be analytical and able to problem solve customer queries
  • provide support to the Sales Team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a Sales support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Eager to learn
  • Systems experience
