As warehouse Team Leader you will help coordinate and lead the team in all aspects of the business relating to the warehouse operation, ensuring all the staff are following OHS guidelines set out by the Inchcape group, along with but not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate and lead the team with respect to their relevant functions within the warehouse operation i.e. Receiving, Put Away, Storage, Picking, Packing and Despatch in line with our customer expectation whilst assisting in the efficient and effective daily running of the operation.
  • Ensure the timely processing of inbound and outbound product to deliver Seamless, Responsive Solutions to customers.
  • Take an active role in developing and training staff with the ANX Attitude.
  • Active involvement in safe work practices whilst continually monitoring and recommending improvements of processes to meet and better contractually agreed service levels.
  • Assist with coordinating labour resources effectively to optimise the team’s KPIs. Review of operational processes and make recommendations for streamlining where possible.
  • Ensure OHamp;S guidelines are incorporated into daily activities
  • Chair monthly toolbox meetings (communication forum) with staff
