What’s the opportunity?

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be assisting the Inventory Team to achieve best practice development in forecasting, procurement, inventory control, supplier and customer relationship management.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist dealers with interpretation, technical parts enquiries, order assistance, parts ETA, cancellations, EPC ad dealer portal assistance
  • Add value to our brand partners
  • To effectively support the parts operations tea, to coordinate and resolve all customer incidents and disputes
  • Identify opportunities within our operations which will improve our service delivery to our customers dealers and drive change management to achieve these benefits
  • Create commitment from the team to ensure the delivery of the business activities are met

About You

To be successful you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and an understanding of parts interpretation
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • A qualification in Parts Interpretation will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Confident in the use of computer programs including MS Office
