The Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our growing team, working with great brands and organisations. Working within the Atlas client service team and closely with the execs, design, development and marketing teams, the Digital Account Manager will liaise with clients, suppliers and partners, to ensure successful delivery of projects and develop great relationships with our clients.

The role brings a great variety of work, no one day will be the same, working with brands and organisations from different industries, with projects that range from innovative startup brands through to established multi nationals. What you'll be doing:

  • Implementing digital strategies for some of Australia’s great brands.
  • Working with our team of specialists across a range of areas including Websites, Apps, Advertising, Campaigns, Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Display Advertising, EDMs and Marketing Automation.
  • Working with our production and creative teams to ensure we provide an unbeatable experience and fantastic results to our clients.
  • Client workshops, daily communication, strategy sessions, presentations and additional client interactions.
  • Provide excellent communication and project management on client campaigns.
  • Connect with people and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence, negotiate, mobilise and problem solve
  • Working across various brands and projects, no one day is the same, always exciting.
  • Working with studio managers to plan and efficiently work to deliver project by deadline.
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Presenting and communicating with clients where necessary
  • Manage weekly progress reports, monthly campaign reporting and overall project health reports for clients
  • Being a positive role model to the team, especially junior account managers by demonstrating skills and providing guidance amp; support so that the team can grow and learn from you.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and sharing findings with the team.
  • Promote good team morale and ensure there’s a healthy work culture in line with the agency vision and strategic outlook.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Agency side experience desired but not required
  • Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
  • A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
  • Speed and able to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
  • Great client-facing skills.
  • A proven track record of generating outstanding results in digital
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think commercially and understand real business outcomes
  • Proven experience in setting and delivering on successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong level of knowledge and experience in digital concepts and products; Google Ads, Paid Social, Email Marketing etc
  • Strong knowledge of marketing through digital channels and web design processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to communicate ideas to the team and client and know the steps to achieve them.
