Opportunities
Due to growth, we have opportunities for Senior Project Engineers to join our team and contribute to DOF’s success by delivering Subsea projects to the Offshore Energy Sector in the Asia Pacific Region. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, our Senior Project Engineers work on diverse projects and develop best practice subsea engineering solutions.
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will work with fellow subject matter experts while mentoring and developing our Project Engineers and Graduate Project Engineers. Our Senior Project Engineers work across the entire project cycle, dealing with the interesting and challenging, through to the everyday and routine.
You will be based in our Perth Office and will be assigned to various projects which are expected to take you offshore for periods of time. We have permanent, maximum term duration, and casual opportunities available.
Project exposure may be varied but will typically entail some of the following:
- IMR
- SURF
- Moorings
- Subsea Installations
- Flexlay
- ROV Operations
- Fabrication
- Air and Sat Diving interventions
Requirements
We are looking for true professionals and highly skilled Senior Project Engineers who can bolster the team with the following qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree, or Master of Engineering qualification.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer with subsea engineering experience.
- A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic project environment driven by deadlines.
- Experience with developing procedures in at least some of the following disciplines; Moorings Repair / Installation, Subsea Structure and Equipment Recovery / Installation, SURF, IMR and / or Decommissioning.
- Experience in preparing Scopes of Work for Subcontractors and deck layouts for mobilisation plans.
- Experience developing rigging design, lift planning and installation procedures associated with the deployment of subsea infrastructure.
