About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Business Manager based at Subaru Bundoorato join our Finance amp; Insurance team.
As a trainee your role will be to assist the Senior Business Manager provide finance and insurance options to our customers when they purchase a new vehicle.
You will spend 6 months completing on the job training and various accreditations. Once competent you will progress into a Business Manager role at the dealership where you will work to create an exceptional customer experience whilst tailoring finance and insurance packages to suit the individual needs of our Subaru buyers.

- Have a current VIC driver's licence
- Be flexible with your work hours and willing to work every Saturday.
- Have an interest in finance and the automotive industry
- Have exposure to a retail or sales environment
Your success is measured by your individual productivity as well as your overall contribution to the team.
