This newly created role is designed for those who are passionate about new customer acquisition, and focused on commercial sales success.
Thomas International is a global SAAS predictive hiring amp; development platform. We want every organisation to be able to objectivity hire without bias, onboard people playing to their strengths then look at individual and team development. We ensure businesses are fully supported with their recruitment / human resources needs through our subscription-based, cost-effective model. It is an offering that has seen us secure over 40,000 clients at group level, as well as welcome 500 clients across ANZ.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced BDM candidate who has been focused on new business development and more recently moved into people management.

This role will be located in Australia. As per our Hybrid Working Principles (please see below), can be based primarily remotely, but with ability to attend an office with limited issue/notice.
