Job Description

Position based in: Brisbane

We are looking for high-performing relationship builders who know how to communicate with all types of people; you will often be the first point of contact with potential partners, so creating a great first impression is critical.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is 100% focused on new business development, your mission will be increasing sales and market share in your designated territory. You’ll be managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close; your primary focus will be outbound business development. You’ll be actively engaging with prospects using a multi-channel approach and creative follow-up communications and then using product demos to help them understand how Fresha will benefit their business and help them grow. We move quickly and are building a rocketship, so you’ll get to contribute to the creation and optimization of sales scripts, messaging and processes as we build a world-class sales team and processes to match.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, is detail oriented, can prioritize effectively, has a strong work ethic and a passion to build great relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective partners
  • Qualify and manage leads through segmentation
  • Drive conversion for each step in the entire outbound funnel
  • Deploy effective, consultative sales tactics and lead negotiation process with partners
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the business products, value proposition and industry requirements
  • Perform product demos, identifying and mapping partners needs and solving them with our product
  • Assist partners for next stage onboarding and go live date
  • Identify new opportunities and provide constructive feedback on product improvement, processes and strategy implementation to create additional value for our partners
  • Document and track commercial activities through our CRM

Requirements

Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of Business Development experience in the internet, software or e-commerce sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
  • Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is desirable
  • Ideally a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry
