The Fonda Knox Ozone team is looking for someone who can work at a full-time capacity, with leadership experience and interested in progression.

Our Kitchen Supervisor make's timely decisions and learns on the fly while leading their Fondarians ( that's what we are internally known as ) across all Kitchen operations. The Kitchen Supervisor creates an environment where people come together to genuinely connect.
We welcome previous experience in a kitchen environment and are interested in leadership skills, so if you have the right attitude we're keen for you to hit the ground running and start soon!
It is highly regarded that this person is ambitious and career focused.
What will you be doing:
- Adhering to Fonda's processes and procedures
- Stock rotation and Food Safety
- Preparing food items with speed and efficiency
- Cleaning duties, including closing the kitchen
- Managing the day to day operations of the business including opening and closing the restaurant
- Driving the sales, guest experience, COGS, labour goals for your restaurant whilst leading shift

This role is a permanent full-time. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends.
