In this position (mid level) - located in our Macquarie Park, Australia office- you will be responsible for project execution, project profitability and customer satisfaction. You will manage end to end projects portfolio including new system implementation or system upgrades. This role is a key part of our business unit and project delivery function with significant impact on successful project execution, profitability and customer satisfaction. As a Project / Program Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

• Able to deliver end-to-end projects within $5-10M portfolio including system implementation and upgrades.
• Work on multiple projects at any given time on a customer facing role.
• Proficient with development of project plans, schedules, budgeting and financial management.
• Hands-on experience on PM tools including, but not limited to MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint, JIRA etc.
• Prior experience with management of IT testing events (FAT, SAT, UAT etc.) with onsite/remote environments.
• Proficient with change management processes and contract change orders.
• Skilled with resource management, prioritisation, documentation and able to meet timelines.
• Set the strategy for projects based on the business unit's priorities.
• Participate in sales demos, customer meetings, trade shows and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related technical field.
• 7 - 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Ability to deal with highly technical and complex projects.
• Experience with PERT / CPM and Microsoft Project.

• Experience delivering projects catering to utilities (electricity/gas/water).
• Engineering degree and working experience with projects based on IT automation / SCADA systems .
• International project management experience and solid understanding of international cultures and business transactions.
