The Role
We are looking for an experienced, flexible and driven Pamp;C Business Partner to join our growing People amp; Culture team here at Brighte. As our new Pamp;C Business Partner you will consult, advise and support Brighte’s leaders to deliver exceptional people practices.
We are open to candidates based in either Sydney or Melbourne. What You Will Do
  • You will be focused on retaining the great talent we attract to Brighte.
  • You will drive employment engagement, own our pulse surveys and carry out Bi-annual remuneration reviews
  • You will develop best practice processes and policies and implement them across the business to ensure we have consistency across all departments.
  • You will work closely with our senior leadership team and support them across employee probation period management, employee relations matters, internal mobility, succession management and parental leave management.
  • You will play a key consultative role within the Pamp;C space to ensure that our leaders are well informed amp; supported through any sort of situation.
  • You will chase data sources, report on emerging trends and insights and play a key role in keeping the broader Pamp;C team on track and improving our craft.

  • You are a Pamp;C superstar who is ready for an exciting opportunity to build a bespoke business partnering approach from the ground up.
  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable in a role that offers depth and breadth - having oversight of the bigger picture but willing to get their hands dirty in the detail when needed.
  • You are interested in understanding the needs of the business overall, and have experience in tailoring this at a divisional level.
  • You love working with people and making an impact on employee's experiences.
  • You are data hungry and keen to take ownership on metrics such as engagement amp; turnover.
