Hiring For: Spring 2022 (4 months) - This role does require in office attendance. Application Deadline: Thursday January 13th @ 11:59pm (EST) Overview:

  • As a IT support rep you will be responsible for supporting all internal employees.
Your Impact:
  • Primary point of contact for all computer and related hardware, and application related requests for IT service and support.
  • Assist users with account lockouts on IT systems and hardware.
  • You will provide remote and desk side technical support to employees for internal desktop/laptop
  • systems software and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new employee hardware.
  • Improve upon employee support experience by adding to the IT Knowledge Base.
  • Assist other IT teams with on-going projects related to internal systems and networking.
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware and any other
  • authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of all computers, software, licenses and asset management.
  • Escalate relevant high level support requests and incidents to the appropriate IT teams.
Who You Are:
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and OSX.
  • Basic knowledge of standard networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Knowledge of mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, Chromebooks, etc.
  • Basic understanding of service desk metrics/SLA's.
  • Has good technical knowledge and is able to communicate effectively to understand employee
  • problems and explain the solution.
  • Excited by the challenges that come with a rapidly growing and scaling company, and have

  • Not afraid to stretch yourself outside of your comfort zone to take on new challenges, and have a
  • love for continuous learning.
