About the roleAs an identity Access Management Engineer you will be reporting to the Director of Security and Global IT, working as a subject matter expert on all things related to identity and access management. You’ll work closely within a highly skilled cross-functional squad to deliver value and grow our customers and business.
Highly motivated Identity Access Management Engineer, supporting the IAM capabilities of the Information Security and IT teams within Zip co.
Own the roadmap from authentication-only-spaghetti-SSO to automated role and attribute based authorisation, deployed on pure-cloud.
Deliver the best in class IAM Migration to the internal customers, through close collaboration with various teams within Zip co.
Building and executing the strategies of cleaning-up and building the Global identities.To help us level up, you'll need to bring
- 3-5 years of experience working with Identity and Access Management roles in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience with Microsoft’s Cloud IAM tools (Azure AD, MyApps, etc)At least some familiarity with Google Cloud Identity.
- Experience with OnLogin - nice to have.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to code in a relevant language to implement our IAM automations (e.g. Python, AppScript, PowerShell, etc).
- Delivered and supported the execution of schedule User Access Reviews and Privilege Access reviews.
- The ability to develop and enhance capabilities within the Identity and Access Management platform.
- Implementation of automation strategies where appropriate, create access requests, approval, and fulfilment workflows.
- Deliver continuous improvement to the day-to-day operations and champion new initiatives.
- Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
- Ensure applications deployed into production as designed and participate in go-live activity to ensure a successful production environment.
