The Role
The primary responsibility of the role is to provideIT support for theinternalbusinessdepartments,clients,and stakeholders. You will support a wide range ofITsystems and applications, including (but not limited to) Office365,Azure,Intune,Security and compliance,CloudServices,and In-house Software Systems.BAUsystems administration tasksworking out of aticket systemandon projects(i.e..MacOS, Windows Laptops, Cloud services, Backup, Storage, Network and Security solutions).
Who you will work with
In this role you'll report directly to our Head of IT Ops. You'll work closely with our Application IT Support, System Admin, IT Support Analyst, as well as our external partners.You'll also have the opportunity to support our wider departments such as Customer Support, Tech amp; Product, Sales amp; Marketing, as well as Risk/Credit/Legal teams.

What you will bring
Good experience working as anInternalSystems Administrator in medium size environmentsProven experience supporting Windows and Mac computersExperience supporting Microsoft Technologies (Windows 7/10, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure)Password word management toolsExperience supporting network switches, routers amp; firewallsGood knowledge of ITIL methodology including Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge ManagementDocumentation, Knowledge base,newdocumentationOne to One end user trainingOutstanding Customer Service skillsBonus:Experience with AWS/Google/Atlassian
