The Role
We are looking for an experience and passionate Lamp;OD Business Partner to join our growing People amp; Culture team here at Brighte. We are looking for someone to consult, advise and support Brighte’s learning and organisational development needs. We are looking for someone who will strengthen our retention opportunities, help the business look into employees career progression and succession management and structure learning and development plans across the business. This role will closely partner with our leaders and support them in introducing new ways of working, increasing employee capabilities and ensure that as a business we are setting each of our employees up for success.


What You Will Do
  • You will design amp; implement best practice learning and development strategies to support our People plan.
  • You will focus on developing our performance and development plans framework.
  • You will partner with all our business departments and increase leadership capabilities.
  • You will ensure that we have the best learning tools and systems in place to ensure employees are learning and developing in the best way possible.
  • You will get involved with company inductions and support on our change initiatives.
  • You will work closely with our People and Culture team to support the business from an Lamp;OD perspective.
  • You will help with the facilitation of career development and skills workshops to help our workforce learn, grow and progress in their careers.

Who You Are
  • You have experience in a similar role within a People and Culture team.
  • You have experience working for a technology focussed business or start up.
  • You have excellent skills in communication, great relationship management building skills and experience consulting a business whilst being able to influence senior leaders.
  • You have experience leading an in house Lamp;OD function and the ability to demonstrate flexibility in problem solving and learning solutions in order to built an Lamp;OD plan that works the best for Brighte.
  • You have experience in leading learning and career development workshops.
  • You are looking for either a Full time or Part time role - we can be flexible.
