What you'll do
A System Administrator's main responsibilities at Brighte is to provide IT support for the business' many employees, clients and stakeholders. It will support a wide range of systems and applications, including (but not limited to) Office365, Salesforce, Cloud Services and In-house Software Systems.
This role will also include systems administration tasks. Working closely with the IT Manager on projects and management of their core infrastructure (i.e.. MacOS, Windows Laptops, Windows Servers, Cloud services, Backup, Storage, Network and Security solutions).What you've done
  • Extensive experience with project management and vendor management.
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level end user computing support to business stakeholders via phone, email, face-to-face or remotely, ensuring SLA's are being met
  • Troubleshooting software amp; hardware issues in both a MacOS and Windows based environment
  • Perform user account administration maintaining user access in the various Systems and Software
  • Good record keeping and effective use of the ticketing system
  • Basic network support and troubleshooting
  • Updating clients on progress during problem resolution
  • Maintain Knowledge base to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers
  • Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incidents volume
  • Provide Systems, Software and Network administration
  • Work on upcoming projects along with the IT Manager
  • Adhere to the Company policies
  • Protect organisation’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Comply with all regulatory legislation as applicable
  • Provide other ad-hoc services as reasonably instructed by the Company
