A day in the life:
Working within the Operations stream of the International program, this role will work closely with the project team, Workplace Technology and the UK business to design and develop tactical solutions for business systems.
These solutions will utilize the simplest means to extend existing AU systems to UK, with a focus on the must have critical system capabilities required for the market launch combined with complementary manual processes as required.
This person will be responsible for ensuring that the tactical business capabilities systems, solutions and requirements are understood, documented and meet stakeholder acceptance criteria across people/process/systems.
This includes ensuring that the outputs are complementary to the Digital Conveyancing Platform and interim processes to provide an effective international solution for launch and beyond (Release 1 -gt; Yr2)Key Accountabilities:- Utilise the business support capability model to define the must have capabilities required for tactical business operations.
- Assess the catalogue of existing AU systems to document tactical extensibility considerations and recommendations for the program.
- Assist with development of preferred business system tactical solutions, including scoping requirements, determining extensibility options, defining impacts/options and participation in clarification workshops.
- Requirements gathering and elicitation to deliver clear functional requirement definition to drive tactical solutions for the UK release 1 launch.
- Document end to end process flows and user journeys (to-be) for international business systems leveraging from AU (as-is).
- Assist with prioritization of requirements based on business value, feasibility outcomes and minimizing impacts to achieve extensibility.
- Identifying critical localization requirements that need to be supported within the UK (e.g. taxation, currency, data privacy) to enable solutions to be fit for purpose as MVP.
- Support and co-facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders and external partners, pulling together the right people and tools to generate the best outcomes.
- Deliver showcases to communicate concepts to the wider project and international teams.
- Assist with project planning and managing key deliverables.
