A day in the life:Program Data ArchitectAt PEXA, we continue to grow our business and with market scale and maturity comes an opportunity to evolve industry, customer and business value through digital and data.You will work closely with the Program Manager and Architecture teams, on the development and delivery of the Enterprise Data Strategy and be responsible for developing the target state enterprise architecture. You will bring thought leadership to the enterprise, assist teams in developing frameworks, guidelines for best practice in data architectures, data analytics and data engineering. You will have experience in designing related data governance practices and the delivery of high-quality analytics platforms, both data science and enterprise data warehouse.What you'll be doing- Oversee the implementation of PEXA’s enterprise (unified) Data Platform.
- Collaborate in the creation of architecture vision, strategy and supporting execution roadmap, aligning with the PEXA business and IT strategy (considering industry trends, tooling, methods and best practices).
- Developing a strategic enterprise architecture roadmap that enables architecture decisions to be made to support our businesses.
- Promote best practice, modernization and supportive architecture approaches across multiple disciplines including Integration, Data, Security and Cloud.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, squads, engineers and partners to determine product release scope with focus on data, ensuring that our user experience is at the centre of the solutions
- Provide specialist knowledge about applying DevOps to data amp; analytics
- Support and evolve architecture governance framework and standards for the Technology teams, to minimize business and IT risk ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide input to grow individuals across the broader Technology team.
- Leading technical presentations and discussions about emerging tools, technologies and processes in data, that may impact how PEXA Technology evolves.
- Analyse requirements and provide functional and technical design of products (and solutions) across complex multiple business functions and technology stacks
Experience we'd love you to have:- Experience in enterprise data solutions and capabilities, such as meta and master data management, analytics, data integration, data quality, data science
- Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and information management technologies
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior business stakeholders, technology stakeholders, as well as external groups, to develop Data Architecture roadmap
