A day in the life:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving all marketing for PEXA Insights. This role will be largely focused on developing and executing PEXA Insights product (digital/data products as well as research products) acquisition and retention marketing strategies and channel management for PEXA Insights product and reports as well as data driven input into product development.Key Accountabilities:
  • Deep understanding of the customer audiences we serve use cases, pain points, market trends, competition and future considerations that impact our business and industry
  • Clearly articulate our product benefits and customer value proposition in all communications and channels
  • Develop and execute a customer focused multi-channel approach to increasing our insight report readership base and product launches that effectively position PEXA Insights product and research within the target markets
  • Work with designers and marketing colleagues to develop collateral and pitch packs to support customer-facing and sales colleagues
  • Manage reviews and testimonials to validate the customer value propositions.
  • Manage qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deepen understanding of our various customer segments and optimise strategies based on learnings
  • Track, monitor and report on all activity with recommendations for optimisation
  • Work closely with product teams at all different stages of the product lifecycle, from product discovery through to launch and then continual optimisation
  • Ensure PEXA Insights Product Managers have the right market and customer insights to shape their roadmaps and prioritise the right opportunities to achieve product market fit
  • Work closely with the events team to identify and and manage industry event participation/sponsorship (e.g. membership of IAPA and IAPA data leadership awards, women in analytics profile)
  • Collaborate with PEXA Corporate Affairs amp; media team to develop social media and online PR organic and paid strategy
  • Champion PEXA’s Masterbrand guidelines and tone of voice across all channel communications
Required Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful customer led and data-driven multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in delivering successful product launches, campaign activity and audience engagement initiatives
  • Very organised and able to work to tig
