Overview

The company-wide employee communications program you design, build, and run will become an integral component of our organizational development framework. You'llplay a pivotal role in driving Prodigy's growth strategy through your robust and engaging communications strategy. Most importantly, you'll have fun!Your Impact:
  • Applying your communications, program and project management experience to design-build-run our company-wide Employee Communications program framework.
  • Combining our strategic priorities, corporate programs (e.g. IT, Infosec, People-Programs), Diversity amp; Inclusion, Cultural Values, and Workplace Experience workstreams to develop a comprehensive and cohesive rolling communications calendar and activities.
  • Providing guidance, coaching and support to executive leaders across employee-facing topics, platforms, and channels where needed or prescribed by the situation.
  • Working closely with corporate communications and employee branding leaders and teams to develop an Employee Narrative that reflects our brand, culture and people-practices.
  • Leveraging your strong skillset around collaborative, push, pull and social platforms and toolsets, presentation design and development, and copywriting skills to develop and convey engaging communications that inspire employees to learn, understand and take action.
