What you will learn

  • How to administer and manage Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform.
  • How to administer and manage Active Directory and Windows Server.
  • How to build and deploy computers to meet client requirements.
  • How to respond to network and server alerts and resolve technical issues.
  • How to triage and assign incoming incidents and service requests (Traffic Control).
  • How to solve Fast Track tickets (common, well documented requests) for our clients.
  • How to solve Service Request tickets (standard changes) for our clients.
  • How to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support over phone and email.
  • ITIL V4 best practices and IT Service Management processes.
  • Training plan including Vendor Certifications (Microsoft, SOPHOS, Mimecast etc.)

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communications skills.
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic Network troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Relevant TAFE, bachelor’s degree or industry certification
