Requirements

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer success and supporting the sales processes for Awayco.

The role will interact directly with all members of the Growth team, particularly Sales amp; Operations, as well as cross collaboratively. The employee will have relationship management experience, strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with Awayco’s customers through establishing a positive resolution and high quality and reliable experience with every customer
  • Provide a high quality and professional point of contact throughout all stages of the customer journey
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Awayco’s products and transfer that knowledge to the customer
  • Develop an understanding of and analyse the customer experience, including collecting data, in order to recommend areas for improvement
  • Manage and improve the Awayco Help Centre
  • Project manage the customer journey utilising software such Zendesk and ClickUp
  • Maintain running lists of feature request, bugs and issues, and communicate these cross functionally
  • Provide support directly to the Head Of Growth, Growth Operations Manager and Business Development Manager to enable them to be fully effective
  • Support with training and onboarding of the Growth team
  • Assist as required with administrative tasks and reporting for the Growth team


Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and/or account management, ideally in SaaS and/or retail
  • Analytical skills to drive insight and optimise the growth of Awayco
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams; outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully manage a variety of relationships
  • Flexible work attitude: the ability to work in a team environment and independently, and to meet demands, prioritise, and multitask
  • Excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail, and ability to operate in a dynamic organisation
  • Ability to listen to a customer's challenges and ask questions to understand their needs
  • Confident presentation skills
