blueAPACHE is currently seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our multi-award winning IT Managed Services company.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will be an integral part of supporting the company's digital marketing strategy - combining creative communication skills and technical knowledge to successfully implement and manage online initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- In consultation with the Head of Marketing, define the digital marketing strategy to grow blueAPACHE’s brand awareness across our target client base
- Plan and execute all web, email, social media platforms, working in unison with the Head of Marketing to manage the coordination of all digital campaigns
- Contribute and then oversee the social media strategy for blueAPACHE including the development and management of engaging content, which will be evidenced in the weekly and monthly reporting
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns; conception, objectives, targeting, campaign deployment, test and analyse workflow, lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring; and identify strategies for improvement
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI / KPIs). Including financial reporting of campaign spend against budgets.
- Identify trends to optimise campaign spend and improve performance
- Contribute ideas to continually review and assess platforms and their performance
- Provide support to the national sales team to ensure marketing generated leads are successfully converted
- Provide reports to sales and marketing management to facilitate tracking progress of leads and sales opportunities
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Requirements
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a pivotal member in managing all digital elements of the blueAPACHE's online brand. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to support top and middle of funnel digital programs
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tool to identify key metrics, using insight to inform and direct future campaign strategy
- A dedication to the discovery and utilisation of the latest tools and techniques to digital marketing
