The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our high performing customer service team based in Pymble, Sydney. Your primary objective is to ensure a best-in-class customer experience by driving strong individual and team performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations of the Customer Service function including up-keep of internal systems and case information, liaising with customers and stakeholders, complaint handling and payment chasing
  • Leadership and coaching of all personnel within the team including driving engagement and managing performance
  • Development and execution of all Customer service Objectives/KPI’s
  • Updating and circulating weekly reports to management, monthly reports to agents and other reports as requested by the business.
  • At times be required to support other departments in the company

Requirements

You will have at least 3 years’ experience working in Customer Service or Operational departments within the Medical Device industry, combined with proven experience in successfully leading and managing a team.

Specifically you will possess:

  • Strong leadership attributes with the proven ability to positively motivate and inspire others to engender transformational change
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
  • Experience with performance management and training of direct reports
  • Ability to adapt positively to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
  • Experience dealing with healthcare professionals including hospital groups and staff
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

It would be highly regarded to have:

  • Experience with SAGE ERP system
