The BlueRock Digital team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shopify Delivery Consultant who will support related cloud-based solutions such as HubSpot, within our growing Business Systems team.

What you will be doing:
The Shopify Implementation Consultant role is based at our Melbourne office and will throw you into exciting and varied client-facing projects. It will give you the chance to lead the charge and drive our Shopify implementation strategy by digging into real problems from the start contributing as much as you’re learning. You will get a taste of what it is like to work with small to medium business and national brands, on live projects and make an impact.
We are looking for a creative technical problem solver who has the confidence to get in front of clients, is passionate about their career, and looking to become an integral part of a dynamic and growing team. Ideally, you’ve mastered the world of Shopify, have built awesome online stores, and have figured out ways to connect those stores into other apps in the ecosystem. You would also possess outstanding analytical skills and are willing to be flexible and adaptable to our dynamic culture and client base.

Requirements
About the Candidate (Who we are looking for):
- A master/bachelor’s degree majoring in a discipline such as Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology
- 2 - 3yrs Shopify project management or consulting experience, with knowledge in project management tools and methodologies
- Marketing Automation (preferably HubSpot) and development amp;/or integration experience is highly desired
- A passion for retail, business systems and technology and developing new initiatives to drive online excellence
- Process automation experience using existing tools suitable for SMBs such as Zapier
- Working with web developers and designers to identify, diagnose, and document problems and errors in specific components of an existing system, assessing how well a product adheres to usability and ability to meet business needs
- Exposure to any of the following applications is a bonus: Xero, DEAR Inventory, HubSpot, WorkflowMax, ReceiptBank, Deputy, Kounta, Microsoft PowerBI, Google Analytics
- Cloud integration experience both native integrations setup, process mapping and custom integration design
