Job Description

efm Warehousing are currently searching for Implementation Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Implementation Coordinato role is responsible for assisting and supporting with the coordination, planning, implementation and training throughout the Business Implementation and Quality Management System activities. Delivering a high-quality service to all efm Warehousing customers while promoting improved site productivity.

We require an experienced Supervisor - our ideal candidate will be a great team player, with a problem solving attitude. A communicator who thrives on building connections - internally and externally. You'll also have a safety first mindset and a keen eye for detail, and are not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.


A bit about the role:

  • Provide Data analysis to support new business implementations • Develop and provide new business Implementation documentation requirements
  • Develop, promote, and maintain standard processes that form part of the accredited Quality Management System
  • Perform Administrative responsibilities as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and efm Warehousing staff across all sites.
  • Work closely with site management to continually improve reporting and information provided to the business and the customer
  • Support the Commercial Team and Account Management team through preparation of pricing proposals and tender responses to meet customer deadlines
  • Work on any other ‘project type’ improvement measures as the interests of the business dictates
  • Perpetuate a positive, proactive, team-based culture within the operations team through regular and effective communication
  • Embrace training and development opportunities to continually improve business, product, and service knowledge.
  • To facilitate and promote Health and Wellbeing

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in within a fast-paced warehousing environment. 3PL experience is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to deal at all levels.
  • The capacity to implement and embrace new ideas, processes and systems.
  • A strong Customer Service focus with the capacity to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • The flexibility to work 'until the job is done' during key periods.
  • A great work ethic, combined with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Effective communication, problem solving skills and a forward thinking mind-set.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and commitment to ensuring a safe workplace
  • Experience working in FMCG would be advantageous.
