This is a full-stack role, but we don’t need you to be an expert already. We just want to see your passion for technology, platforms, integration and creating memorable customer experiences. You’ll be gaining knowledge and experience alongside a team of very driven Technologists, Marketers and Creatives.You will get involved in...
Development:
- Maintaining and growing our corporate, product and campaign websites including development, database management, performance and uptime
- Configuring and building optimal functionality in our marketing automation platform and identifying opportunities to improve automation, targeting and reporting
- Utilising Wordpress, Custom PHP, Google tools and learning new platforms like Hubspot CMS to create memorable customer experiences
Systems Integration:
- Overseeing the usage and integration of all marketing-related technologies and platforms from plugins to major software packages
- Collaborating with internal CRM and product teams, and external agencies to maximise effectiveness
- Utilising Salesforce CRM, Hubspot Marketing Platform, Uservoice and others to help track and optimise customer journeys
Data Management:
- Maintaining automation workflows, custom fields, objects, records management, and validation rules
- Collaborating with Salesforce Developers to create and maintain data for personalisation, segmentation and reporting
Marketing Technology:
- Being the go-to person for marketing technology researching new calendar integrations, helping our teams record high-def webinars or assisting with launching a brand-new series for MedicalDirector TV. This is a highly valued, varied role and no two days will be the same!

- Web dev - HTML, JS, CSS/LESS/SASS, PHP, Git, Node/NPM, Gulp, Grunt, Linux, Apache/Ngnix
- CMS i.e. Wordpress
- Web hosting management, i.e. cPanel
- Marketing platform i.e. Hubspot
- CRM i.e. Salesforce
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager
- Survey platforms i.e. Survey Monkey
- Webinar platforms i.e. GoToWebinar
- AV support for webinars and events
