THE ROLE:
- Provide high quality professional recruitment services to match the needs of your clients and candidates.
- Strive to be the best by driving new business amp; encouraging repeat business.
- Provided a service level second to none that will see candidates become your clients and vice versa.

YOU WILL HAVE:
- A desire to have complete control over your earning potential
- Previous IT/Engineering/Construction (or equivalent) Recruitment experience gained within a fast paced agency environment
- Proven billings/success in achieving financial targets
- Expertise in sales, business development and account management
- Demonstrated ability to hunt new business and develop long term relationships
- Experience of establishing key clients and target client plans
- Motivated, resilient, competitive and fun!
- Skillful negotiation skills
- Results orientated
- Full eligibility to work in Australia full time with no restrictions - Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, approved De-Facto or Spouse visas
- To be considered for sponsorship, you will need to hit the requirements for sponsorship - 5+ years proven recruitment experience/or 2 + years recruitment experience coupled with a relevant degree
