THE JOB
We are looking for self-motivated staff with a positive attitude, the ability to take on responsibility, but also be able to work as part of a high-performing team.
Previous experience in a restaurant or similarly fast-paced environment will be viewed favourably, as will the ability to work under pressure while always prioritising the customer experience. However we encourage those with no experience to apply as we will happily train superstars with the right attitude!
With deliciously uncomplicated food from well-sourced, high-quality, sustainable ingredients, our Casa will not disappoint.
Requirements
Our Surry Hills Casa is looking for superstars to fill the following positions:
- Back of House staff
- Line cooks, ideally with leadership experience
- Kitchenhands
- Front of House staff
- Bartenders
- Front of House Team Leaders
The successful applicants will need to possess the following:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Exceptional grooming amp; presentation
- Are bright bubbly and full of personality
- Possess the legal right to work in Austrailia
- Current amp; valid Responsible Serving of Alcohol
