This position is all about providing world class customer service and communication to our Landlords and Tenants. The role will manage a modest portfolio of local properties and has the potential to continually grow over the coming months. We are committed to achieving consistent results for our clients, and the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a small team environment. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager looking for their next long-term role within a well-renowned brand.

This position works Monday to Friday with rare requirement for Saturday work.

Responsibilities

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio;
• Troubleshoot matters, prepare for and attend QCAT where required;

• Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties and lease renewals;
• Periodically conducting routine inspections;
• Participate in all training and development opportunities; and
• Contribute to the review and implementation of business improvement opportunities alongside the team

Requirements

Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be vital to flourish in the position:

• Experience working in a property management position (3+ years) ideally with trust accounting experience;
• Strong technical competency and a passion for systems (PropertyMe knowledge preferred);
• A current registration certificate, driver’s licence and suitable vehicle;

• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment and work autonomously;
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
