Program Quality Manager

The Program test manager will be a new member of Catch’s future plans aligning to a core program of work across Melbourne and Sydney. You will be a critical contributor to, and driver of, the overall capabilities across agnostic technologies in our existing and future Fulfilment Centres. This newly created role will be working closely with peers across various agile product engineering tribes.

What you’ll be doing

• Development of the Program Test Strategy inclusive of test phase definition in alignment with the Program scope, schedules, and roles amp; responsibilities.
• Development and enhancement of testing methods and tools required to support the Program including test planning, test execution, defect management, test environment planning and data requirements, test progress reporting and summary reports.
• Monitor the progress of testing and provide support to the test delivery across the program by way of SME input, coaching and issue management.
• Manage quality impacts, document and review risks and ensure compliance with operational processes and procedures.
• Manage relationship with external vendors / partners relating to testing functions, including ensuring adherence to quality measurements defined in SOWs/Agreements

Requirements

• Expert in test leadership and delivery in large scale transformation programs including Test automation.
• Proven Ability to manage risk-based testing outcomes in a critical and highly available environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, both collaborative and engaging
• An empathetic, curious, and humble personality, open to growth and to grow those around you
• Strong ability to wield influence with peers and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of modern agile digital business

Previous Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in Testing and at least 5 years of Test Management experience gained within Transformation programs
• 2-5 years’ experience working with Supply Chain systems which enable the supporting business functions (experience with Warehouse management systems will be a plus)
• Proven success in Test management for a broad range of scope covering Business, Technology, Automation and Engineering delivery
• Experience with managing internal teams and vendors in a dynamic environment
• Experience in financial, project, vendor and resource management
