The ideal candidate will have both a track record of success selling B2B SaaS products to senior executives. He/she should also have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, being an early member of the team that has the opportunity to write their own story, capture market share and go to new markets. They are an independent self-starter who is ambitious to learn and grow their career by exceeding revenue targets and driving customer advocacy.

Requirements

Must Have?

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales / Martech
  • Ability to understand client business drivers and ROI
  • Ability to work through 90-180 sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to make cold calls and follow through with warm leads/referrals
  • Generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Update and manage internal CRM and sales systems
  • Ability to drive revenue and market share in a defined territory/accounts
  • Manage the sales process from the initial opportunity through to the securing the sales order
  • Experience working with and influencing C-Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to create pitch decks and proposals
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contractual negotiations
  • Have a consultative sales style with ability to grow domain knowledge

Nice to Have?

  • Understanding of the Customer Experience Domain or Related Martech
  • SaaS Sales Experience

Cherry on top?

  • Experience working in a start-up environment
