We are currently seeking an Data Entry Clerk for our location in Stafford, TX. The right person should be a reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic, the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments, and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts 3-4 days per week including weekend days.

Responsibilities: - Create repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system
- Create parts request based on entered data
- Create diagnostic tasks and assign to the inspection diagnostic technician
- Maintains automotive records and provides management with necessary data for efficiency reports
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid and Unrestricted Driver’s License
- Technical or Trade School Degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Broad scope of automotive mechanical/ electrical knowledge (preferred)
- Basic to Intermediate computer and internet skills
- Able to operate standard office machines and equipment
- Strong customer and team skills, both oral and written
- Detail oriented, able to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
