Requirements
A day in the life of a Business Analyst will see you :
- Partner the customer success teams to develop insights and drive overall better performance and efficient delivery of services across customer experience programs
- Drive customer voice and understanding with internal and external stakeholders through improvements in reporting and program success
- Make recommendations and drive improvements in process in CX programs
- Build robust data driven customer success strategy and drive outcomes
- Present and articulate complex strategic plans and changes to external and internal leadership teams
- Drive usage by monitoring customer health
- Onboarding clients through workshops and webinars
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst working within a customer experience / customer strategy environment
- A natural ability to identify and analyse problems and propose effective corrective solutions to meet business, customer and strategic goals.
- Experience in managing multiple in-flight projects and clients, and deliver within given timeframes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
