Are you a Paid Social Specialist who has a passion amp; proven experience with:
- Facebook Ads media buying / scaling
- Ads copywriting
- Ideating amp; briefing creative that converts
- Reporting
We are looking for an awesome individual who is passionate about running Social Ads at scale. The Paid Social Specialist will be responsible for a portfolio of clients across eCommerce, B2C and B2B in Australia, Singapore, Europe and the US. At Webprofits we leverage the T-Shape marketer model, and we're looking for someone with this strength and skillset who will specialise in Paid Social.
Webprofits is a remote-first team independent agency, with a culture that promotes transparency, learning and excellence. The Paid Social Specialist role will be remote, but needs to be able to work to the AU timezone.
The Paid Social Specialist is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for testing and innovation. The role is for someone who loves to get creative and wants to find ways to cut through the noise on Social and present advertising that is relevant and impactful delivering a value for both consumers and businesses.
Requirements
The role requires the Paid Social Specialist to:
- Explore, test and scale Social Ads in Facebook
- Write and brief all Ads for your Paid Social campaigns
- Optimise and manage campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Test, learn and grow on Social Ad platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest
- Create funnel based strategies to deliver performance
- Innovate and test Creative Ads angles to drive ROI on your campaigns
- Identify new areas and strategies to try and implement for your clients this may include affiliates, influencers, competitions, programmatic.
- Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations to adjust and improve strategy performance.
