Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the sale of Subaru, Kia, Mitsubishi, Jeep, Volkswagen and Isuzu Ute to name a few.

We are now seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Morayfield dealership. In joining the Keystar team, the successful candidate will be part of an exciting team culture that is build around trust, collaboration, high performance and providing high levels of customer support to our valued customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating excitement and passion around our products particularly the Mitsubishi brand
- Ensuring that your monthly KPI's are achieved
- Identifying our customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge to our customers and delivering an exceptional highly level of customer service
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brand, it’s products and services
To be successful, you will need to fulfill the following requirements
- Prior experience selling new vehicles
- Be passionate about customer service and going above an beyond to make the experience memorable
- Be an out of the box thinker and passionate about delivering results
- Professional, hungry and motivated to succeed
- Prepared to push the boundaries beyond the set KPI's
- Have the ability to be autonomous whilst working within Company guidelines
- Have a positive and ambitious mind-set with a willingness to achieve results
- Be pro-active in identifying opportunities to increase sales and leads
- Display strong negotiation and closing skills
- Current Drivers licence
- Current QLD Sales licence or willingness to obtain
