Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Head Office in Bentleigh East. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing amp; Martech, you'll be responsible for developing and managing the CRM program and execution across owned channels including email, mobile push and SMS to maximise customer lifetime value.

The focus of the role is to build and operationally manage the customer lifecycle program and to improve overall customer relevance and experience through data driven marketing strategies.

No two days are alike here at Catch but you could expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

  • Create data driven marketing strategies to acquire, grow and retain customers
  • Work with the Head of Marketing Operations and loyalty team to build the lifecycle marketing program
  • Optimise overall customer lifecycle program and performance by delivering continual test and learn plans across campaign objectives
  • Monitor and report on lifecycle marketing program overall and campaign performance / attribution
  • Use success metrics, including customer lifetime value, to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Effective budget management to deliver on customer lifecycle marketing program and objectives
  • Ensure that data set is clean, reliable and accurate
  • Follow best practices to ensure optimum results for campaign deliverability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of data-driven marketing experience with proven ability to build and define sophisticated audience targeting.
  • 1:1 marketing expertise across digital amp; owned channels
  • Demonstrated experience in building holistic customer lifecycle journeys to drive commercial results
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate the performance of a program and make recommendations to identify opportunities
  • Expert knowledge on working with enterprise marketing platforms and external implementation teams: Responsys (preferred) and/or Emarsys, Salesforce
  • Strong project management abilities and experience in cross-functional work with Product amp; Dev, UX/UI, marketing and commercial teams on projects
  • Intermediate HTML coding skills: building an email campaign, rendering, troubleshooting
  • Monitoring email deliverability and knowledge of various ISPs
  • Knowledge of segmentation methodologies, audience profiling and application into CRM lifecycle marketing is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills
