blueAPACHE is a leading MSP providing infrastructure managed services to mid-market clients throughout Australia. We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to provide dedicated technical services for one of our major clients operating in the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical sector.
Your role will be to act as the technical SME for the virtualization (VMware) and Wintel environment, and be the highest point of escalation for all technical issues.
Other responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of escalation for client related technical issues
- Carrying out proactive maintenance of the client platform
- Developing a complete understanding of the client’s technical environment under management
- Developing and maintaining all managed services documentation, in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager, including:
- Technical documentation such as network diagrams, and knowledge articles
- Risk/issues register
- Service Level Agreements
- Working with the Service Delivery Manager and Commercial Account Manager to identify opportunities within the account and to act as the client advocate within blueAPACHE
Requirements
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with a system integrator/managed services provider, including sound commercial and technical experience.
